TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS
LAST UPDATE: 6th March 2025
This contract applies to the artist further called Artist and person or institution further called Recipient purchasing or receiving from Artist a work of art further called Product. By ordering or otherwise requesting Product from the Artist the Recipient agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Recipient agrees to pay 50% of the fee upfront and 50% after the Artist has finalized the Product.
2. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
3. Recipient accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
4. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases Recipient will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. Recipient agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Recipient, after the final payment has been received by the Artist.
6. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed on before the work commences. Recipient agrees to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
7a. It is the sole responsibility of the Recipient to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. Artist cannot be held accountable for Recipient's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside the responsibility of the Artist.
7b. Upon delivery of the Product, it is the Recipient's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of Product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Artist. Artist can not guarantee that the original copy of the Product will be available in the case that the Recipient lost their files.
REVISIONS
8. Recipient has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
9. Recipient has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Additional payment will be calculated upon approval of the final Product.
10. Once the Recipient confirms their age as equal or above 18 by providing an image of an official document or license with the Recipient's date of birth clearly shown detailed discussiion about the request will commence. Once the Recipient and Artist agree on the intended result of the Product and first payment is done, the Recipient's name will be added to the "Waiting Room" list of the Trello board. Artist will begin working on Recipient's Product once Products on top of the Recipient's name in the queue are finished. The Waiting list is ranked by priority. Unless Recipient requests priority status for their Product "first come, first served" applies. Recipient agrees that priority status or request for a deadline will add a rush fee and needs to be discussed before any payment or work commences. Once the Recipient is on top of the queue the Artist will start working and send the Recipient progress pictures of things such as composition, shading and colour studies for approval. Artist will only continue once the work is approved by the Recipient. Certain types of Products might lack one or more of those steps. Recipient will be informed of which steps will need approval before the final Product is sent. The Recipient agrees that watermarked versions of the progress pictures will be posted to the Trello board.
11. Edits can only be done regarding which artwork step is being sent for approval. Recipient can ask for alterations in a sketch while the artwork is being sketched, changing its base structure. Colouring edits can be done while the artwork is being coloured. Asking for changes to the artwork's base during the coloring process will result in additional fees based on the time needed for the change.
12. Characters can’t be added in or out of the Product once the first sketch has been approved.
13. There might be differences between the final Product and the work displayed in the Artist's galleries.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

20a. Viewer agrees to only distribute the link to the Board within private interactions (dms, private group chats) and will only do so in combination with the link to my Carrd. PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
29. The Product received by Recipient is for personal use. Any use of the Product or alterations of it for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Artist. This will require a separate agreement between Recipient and Artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
Recipient does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Recipient does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

31. Recipient agrees to only request or commission the Artist to draw things the Recipient owns or has permission to use. Recipient holds all responsibility regarding permission to draw who or what is being portrayed. Those interested in what programs/ devices and other resources I use for my art can find information on that here!

  • I work on a 3 year old 10" iPad pro paired with a 1st gen apple pencil that I've had for about 6 years.

  • My art program of choice is procreate. I appreciate it's simple layout and brush mechanics.

  • Since I started out only doing traditional art for a long time until i got my first iPad, I like to use a tempered glass screen protector with a paperlike texture on my iPad, even though it sands the pencil tips down like crazy.

  • I love to use painterly brushes and like to switch my most used ones up every now and then. I have some very good custom procreate brushes that I will link here once I have more time.

  • More to be added later!
